Lexie Hull Returns & Her Makeup Brand Is About to EXPLODE

Lexie Hull is returning. This is great. Even though she had that wonky Fox interview the other day, she made it through. She didn’t anger anybody, didn’t piss anybody off. I know she really wants to be here. Listen, she’s very good friends with Caitlin Clark and Sophie Cunningham. These are her girls. I think you would have to offer her a max deal, and even then, I don’t think she would take a max. She’s going to make so much money off her makeup brand, her makeup line that she just dropped. She’s going to make so much money off— I could literally cry. I was supposed to be in New York City today celebrating Lexie Hull and her new makeup brand, Fenty. I had the content planned, the outfits planned, and was super excited to celebrate her and everything that she’s doing off the court.

This is the part that nobody wants to post about. You literally get invited and life says, “Nope, not today.” I was also excited for myself. This was one of the first brand events that I personally was invited to, not working for, not hosting, but invited as a guest. And it just sucks. It sucks when things don’t work out. So, Lexie, Sarah, congratulations. I’m so proud of you and know that I am sitting here in the Tulsa airport cheering you guys on. I’ll see you guys at the next one.

So, Lexie Hull is doing her thing with this makeup brand. She’s got everybody excited about it, all the women, and they’re all wanting to use Lexie Hull’s new makeup brand. Going to the Washington Mystics and falling into the void, the abyss of WNBA nether regions, never being heard from again until you play in Gainbridge Arena, return to Gainbridge Arena and get your little tribute video, and then being forgotten again wouldn’t be the smartest move right now. It wouldn’t be the brightest move right now.

If Lexie Hull was offered minimum wage by the Indiana Fever, that would still be better than signing a max with any other team in the league. The amount of money this woman is about to make just being a member of the Fever, a good friend of Caitlin Clark, and most of all, extremely relevant.

As the weather warms up, we’re all spending more time outside and there is nothing worse than doing a full face of makeup only to sweat it off later. There are a lot of weddings this season, so you want to keep that bride glow without melting. Our next guest knows the struggle firsthand. Lexie Hull is a WNBA guard. She’s now taking what she’s learned about performance under pressure and bringing it to the beauty world. She’s launched Forda with one hero product designed to keep makeup in place all day. Lexie took us through her day to show just how long-lasting this spray is.

Good morning. We’re going to get ready. We have a long day today. It is launch day for Forda. I have a workout, meetings, a million things. So we’re going to get ready first. To dab in my concealer, I’m going to spray a beauty sponge. If I wasn’t going to work out, I would do a little bit of powder, but we’re working out. Ready.

After an uneventful drive from home, I made it to the gym. Today I had Pilates and a short lift in the weight room before on-court work with our skills development coach. It’s been four hours, and even after an intense workout, Forda still holds up. So, we’re really sweaty. We just finished working out. Now I have a meeting for free agency.

I just finished my meeting at the facility and now we’re heading home, and we’ll have meetings when I get home. It’s hour eight and as you can see, Forda still has my makeup in place. This meeting was all about launch day and I’m feeling excited to be able to get to try it. Twelve hours with my makeup on and it’s still locked in. Now it’s time for bed. I’ll see you soon.

There’s so much going on in your life that makes this product so relatable. First of all, congratulations. I’m going to start with the big news. You’re getting married. Yes. Look at this beautiful photo. You’re getting married. No one understands the struggle of melted makeup more than a bride.

One hundred percent. This product came from really looking for something that was missing in the market. I go through all these TikTok pages and accounts for long-wear makeup. I want my makeup—

So, I put you through that just to illustrate she is about to blow up with this makeup thing. Everybody wants this because there’s no product like this on the market. There probably is, but she’s coming out with a push and a lot of notoriety behind her as if it’s not the first. So, salute to her.

If I were her agent, this is what I would tell Lexie Hull. If the Indiana Fever say, “We don’t have any money to pay you, you should go sign with another team,” I would say apply for team manager, apply for the statistician job, apply for assistant coach, something. Just stay with the Fever. Because none of this happens without Caitlin Clark. She’s the sun in the galaxy, and Lexie is in the right position, close to the sun. Her and Sophie are taking advantage of it. I respect it. I respect Angel Reese using her proximity and cashing in on every opportunity. If Angel Reese is going to do that, why not Lexie and Sophie?

There’s no way she’s leaving right now. There’s no amount of money you can pay her. A max is 1.4 million. She could take that and then you never hear about Forda again. Staying with the Fever keeps everything alive. Other players have makeup lines, but it’s not going to pop like this. If they played for the Fever, they would print money. But Lexie and Sophie have that spot, and they would be fools to give it up right now.

So, great to have Sophie back. The particulars of the deal are irrelevant. It doesn’t matter how much money she makes on the court. It’s nothing compared to what she’s going to make off the court.
